I knew a guy that decided one day that he just didn't give a crap anymore and went and wrote a bunch of checks for things that he was aware he didn't have the money in the bank to pay for it. It was his checkbook, he wrote bad checks and then when the bank and the businesses pursued him about it he just moved and changed his phone number. Obviously this didn't work in the long run but it did for about a year. It was a really high trust period of time as far as financial transactions were concerned
