Do you feel your throat dry and hot this time? Maybe you are thirsty and should try to drink fresh drinks to avoid dry throat and it will wet your throat enough. The weather is very hot and the sun is quite hot, making me want to make fresh drinks in the cafe where I work. In this menu, I will make a fresh drink called "MATCHA MILK". A little knowledge for those of you who don't know, what is MATCHA? Matcha is powder from crushed tea leaves which are ground using several techniques and usually by pounding. So basically matcha is a drink made from tea. Let's just make it straight away to overcome the thirst I'm experiencing this time.

(For sweetened condensed milk, you can use whatever brand you like. And for full cream milk, you can also use the milk you have or the milk you like.)
ways of making
the first step I did this time was to cook a little water over low heat on the stove, then to wait for the water to boil I put 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk or according to your taste into the drinking place, namely the cup I am using now . After it was finished, I put 5 tablespoons of matcha powder in it, which is enough in my opinion or according to what you want. After everything has been added and the water has boiled, then you put the hot water in and stir it to dissolve and mix the sweetened condensed milk and matcha powder ingredients so they mix evenly. After stirring thoroughly, add ice cubes to the drink. I chose crystal ice cubes that are round and have a hole in them, so they look more aesthetic when served. Pour half of the full cream milk from the glass you are using and pour liquid tea on top to add color to the tea you are making this time.
To make liquid tea, I cook dried tea leaves by boiling them in a container filled with water. Quite simple isn't it?
appearance review
This performance is quite good in my personal opinion. In terms of color, there are 3 colors which make it not boring to look at and the combination of green, white and brown is a harmonious color for the drink I made this time.
matcha milk flavor
it tastes very teay. The matcha tastes great and the full cream milk makes my thirst disappear with the ice cubes in it adding freshness to my throat so I can feel relieved when I drink it haha. Before drinking, you should shake or stir it first so that all the ingredients can be mixed evenly and you can enjoy the entire mixture contained in the ingredients.

My thirst immediately vanished and the heat from the sun started to cool down thanks to my drink this time. today I feel a world of pleasure after drinking it hahaha. you must try it and to make it quite easy and I hope you like it and see you in the next thirst, all my friends.
