Last week when I posted my first night time-lapse video I wasn’t going to post it. I accidentally left my camera's focus on auto focus. As the sun was setting there wasn't enough light so the camera lens kept racking in and out of focus trying it's best to keep the each image frame crisp. At first glance of the footage it bothered me how the sequence of images would fall in and out of focus. However in the end I really like how it ended up and I'm going to experiment with it more in future animation and time lapses. Let’s just say it was a happy accident.
