What's so dangerous for her is that she has left Harvey back in The Loom, which to me is like if in The Matrix an operator left one of their crew members fighting an agent. Also like in The Matrix, suffering pain or death in The Loom has affects on the baby. The Nageeshi is still a threat to her as well since it is a 5th dimensional being capable of moving between time and universes the way we move left and right through 3d space.
