Another very worthwhile and rewarding home project. I remember 2013, that was quite a harvest, after years of barely getting back our seeds. We canned up a storm, but it has literally been 7 years since the stars aligned for it to happen again. After brushing up on technique, and remembering Grandma's lemon juice trick, it went very well. Looking forward to canning another round or two this week!
