Hello friends, this is the fourth week of the Dancing Bee playlist and this time I've prepared a very eclectic selection with an emphasis on the retro sound. However, it is not without novelties, so it will be fun. Turn it up and let's go :)
British singer-songwriter 8Bucks carefully hides the information about himself, but apparently his demos were appreciated by the big bosses and he released his new single "Tempo" on Kookie Diamond - division of Sony Music, which is managed by reputable producer Hitimpulse.
Egyptian DJ-producer SHIHA continues to expand the limits of his sound and this week presented his new track "Keys On Acid" on which he raved about old-school house, acid synths and traditional for the house music of the early 90s intense keyboards. Just the bomb!
The guys from the New York project doux. love chillwave, house groove, and write great tracks that rely on emotional melodies, fun percussion and this spring marked a cool release on ground man records.
Canadian musician THREESIXTY knows how to make interesting music and on his new single "" he mixes electro and festival EDM with the melody and groove of space disco. This is real spring music.
The Australian duo Mass Experience has been around for more than a quarter of a century, but over the years it hasn't lost an ounce of creativity and is in great creative shape, experimenting with disco, psychedelic and moving house.
Vintage video games are great and one of the nicest finds this week for me was the single "Rise of The Turbo Kid" by the Canadian guys from the duo Le Matos. Just a buzzkill!
French musician The Toxic Avenger, winner of the prestigious awards Best Music in Video Games and Best Music in a Fantastic Film, releases his new mini album "Shifted" on April 30 on the Enchanté Records and presents his new single "Sorcery" together with an announcement. It's dark, but very beautifully retrowave.
The duo Tunnelvision is almost the best thing that happened to melodic techno in the last couple of years and the guys work unparalleled with melodies and atmospheric sound. At the same time they don't roll in "abstruse" electronics, but make real club bangers.
British DJ Sasha is a real legend of the progressive house scene and more and more often I come back to his hit of the 99th "Xpander", brazenly demonstrating that good music has no expiration date.
And for dessert - totally unparalleled, maximally relaxed single "Summer Play", recorded by an incredibly talented synthwave/ retrowave Georgian musician George Ergemlidze. If this track were on the film's track, it would definitely be a scene with a convertible rushing along the seashore :)
