INGREDIENTS
one oz Absinth absinthe herbal liqueur
one ozclear water
one oz sugar syrup
two tsp lime juice or lemon juice
PROCEDURE
Mix all ingredients together and drain over ice into a old fashioned/rock glass. Decorate with lemon and anis star.
