Happy Monday Actifiters!
It was a beautiful day today in the rogue valley. The sun was shining and only a few clouds in the sky. Thankfully I got most of my daily work done earlier in the day and by afternoon things had slowed down enough that I could take a bike and go for a walk. It was wonderful to be outside. I enjoyed the sunshine immensely and was grateful for the fresh air and opportunity to be active.
I walked the path across the highway from my work. Initially. It winds through some football, soccer and baseball fields, then it turns off through the woods. I walked far enough that I got to see part of the wooded section. It was sure nice to be out in nature a bit even though I was still in the city 馃檪
