New venture.	Nuevo emprendimiento.
Excellent Wednesday people, we are just a week away from the beginning of the month of the holidays and family sharing, the most desired by many families.	Excelentísimo miércoles gente, ya a solo una semana para que inicie el mes de las fiestas y compartir familiares el mas anhelado por muchas familias.


Today I want to share with you a new project that my husband and I are about to start, one day we raised it and so far we are going to carry it out.	Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un nuevo proyecto que junto a mi esposo estamos a punto de arrancar, un día lo planteamos y hasta ahora lo vamos a llevar a cabo.


It is about making breakfast and dinner for sale, if there is something that I love is cooking, besides I had the joy of inheriting that good taste for cooking and the seasoning of my mom, and in previous posts I have shown you how I make pies, pastries and sandwiches that I make to pamper my family so I said it's time to take advantage of that because I like to do it and it suits me very well..	Pues se trata de hacer desayunos y cenas para la venta, si hay algo que me apasiona es cocinar aparte que tuve la dicha de heredar ese buen gusto por la cocina y la sazón de mi mama, ya en post anteriores le he mostrado como hago las empanadas, los pastelitos y lo sándwich que le hago para consentir a mi familia así que me dije es hora de sacarle provecho a eso ya que me gusta hacerlo y me queda muy bien.

Pues se trata de hacer desayunos y cenas para la venta, si hay algo que me apasiona es cocinar aparte que tuve la dicha de heredar ese buen gusto por la cocina y la sazón de mi mama, ya en post anteriores le he mostrado como hago las empanadas, los pastelitos y lo sándwich que le hago para consentir a mi familia así que me dije es hora de sacarle provecho a eso ya que me gusta hacerlo y me queda muy bien.


So the first thing we did was an inventory of the things we had. We have the space, the tables, the display fridge, the plastic ducks, the sauce pots, the napkin holders, the pitelleros and other things, we just needed to put our heart into it so we decided to do a mock up and we started setting everything up outside to see what we could see and my husband started to draw an ad in chalk to advertise us.	Así que lo primero que hicimos fui un inventario de las cosas con que contábamos. Tenemos el espacio, las mesas, la nevera de exhibición, los patos plásticos, los potes salseros, los servilleteros, los pitelleros y otras cosas más, solo nos faltaba era echarle ganas entonces se nos ocurrió hacer un simulacro y empezamos armar todo afuera a ver qué tal que veía y mi esposo se puso a dibujar un anuncio en tiza para hacernos publicidad.

Así que lo primero que hicimos fui un inventario de las cosas con que contábamos. Tenemos el espacio, las mesas, la nevera de exhibición, los patos plásticos, los potes salseros, los servilleteros, los pitelleros y otras cosas más, solo nos faltaba era echarle ganas entonces se nos ocurrió hacer un simulacro y empezamos armar todo afuera a ver qué tal que veía y mi esposo se puso a dibujar un anuncio en tiza para hacernos publicidad.


I on the other hand made a list with everything we needed and we went early to the market and when we arrived I started to make a little bit of meat and chicken stew, also a guasacaca and when the night arrived we didn't want to wait any longer and because of the test at night we decided to open with all our faith in God that everything was going to work out well and so it was, I only made empanadas accompanied by a malt and it sold like hot cakes.	yo por otro lado hice una lista con todo lo que nos faltaba y nos fuimos tempranito al mercado y al llegar me puse hacer un poquito de guiso de carne y pollo, también una guasacaca y al llegar la noche no quisimos esperar más y por prueba en la noche decidimos abrir con toda la fe puesta en dios que todo nos iba a salir bien y así fue solo hice empanadas acompañada de una malta y se vendió como pan caliente.

yo por otro lado hice una lista con todo lo que nos faltaba y nos fuimos tempranito al mercado y al llegar me puse hacer un poquito de guiso de carne y pollo, también una guasacaca y al llegar la noche no quisimos esperar más y por prueba en la noche decidimos abrir con toda la fe puesta en dios que todo nos iba a salir bien y así fue solo hice empanadas acompañada de una malta y se vendió como pan caliente.


But as everything went so fast I wanted to wait another few days to prepare myself better so this weekend I plan to start as we Venezuelans say with all the toys, I already have everything I need thanks to God and the Virgin.	Pero como todo fue tan rápido quise esperar otros días para prepararme mejor así que este fin de semana pienso iniciar como decimos los venezolanos con todos los juguetes, ya tengo todo lo que necesito gracias a dios y a la virgen.


So I just have to put this project in God's hands and that everything goes well.	Así que no me queda más que poner este proyecto en manos de dios y que todo salga bien.
