Found this a few years ago watching Babe Winkelman and after a few adjustments it has become our absolute favorite and super easy.
Pizza Dough
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
8oz bag shredded Mexican cheese
1lb of ground venison (beef or turkey works fine too)
Taco seasoning
Crushed tortilla chips
Rest is optional (whatever you like on a taco)
Jalapenos
Olives
Tomato
Lettuce
Cilantro
Hot sauce
We use two of the premade pilsbury pizza doughs spreadout long ways on a greased, with butter, baking sheet and precook that to golden brown. Brown the meat and stir in taco seasoning. Mix the sour cream and salsa and spread as your pizza sauce. Add browned meat and cheese and whatever you want baked in (jalepenos for me and olives for both of us). Bake at 375 for like 10 mins. Add cut up tomatoes, crushed chips, cilantro, lettuce, hot sauce, etc.
