Day 2: What is nicehash?

In my other blog post #1 I was telling about NiceHash. This is the go to program I was going to install and test out.
Nicehash has just released a new miner, v2. I started out using this. What it does is the following:

• It benchmakers your computer against all supported mining algorithmes.
• Finds the most provitable altgorithm and starts mining

So it was a bit unclear because it mines specific alt coins/algorithmes but I was earning BTC (bitcoins) how on earth is this working?
I will try and explain this as easy as possible.
At nicehash you can buy mining power: NiceHash for example you don't have your own mining rig you can buy power (in BTC) from nicehash it miners to mine a certain coin.
For the sellers (miners) they get a small portion of this order, for example SIA coin, and your miner will start mining that coin. But instead of getting that coin, because buyers buy in BTC, you will get payed in BTC instead of that certain coin you are mining!

I find this a great solution and it's really transparent and DEAD EASY! it's run and forget and you can earn with a simple machine easy 3 USD everyday!

So for now I am running Nicehash V2 and it runs great so far :) can't wait to get my first payout!

PS: I also found about mining for free without a PC or energycost it's called AuroraMine, they are new and giving away, 100 GH/s per free user, whice is about 4USD a month, not much but it's something right! imagine BTC growing 400% how much that will be in a month ;)
