Dahi bhalle is a very popular snack in India. It is basically a cereal batter fried and then soaked in water which is served with curd and chutney.
It is a streetfood probably you get the best from a small stall.
So per plate you will cost around 50-80rs varying from the stall residing.
This is what I made, this was no doubt that I had the best dahi bhalle till now but probably for the last time. This is so much time consuming that I started at 1 in noon and ended up around 6 in the kitchen. I was so tired. So the next time I want to eat I will surely go to a stall rather than spending 5 hours on something that ends up in 10 minutes. But this was amazing.
