As our holy month Ramadan is going to ending on and actually, it comes to an end. So, today, I am going to prepare the most practical recipe for Ramadan. So these were the ingredients used in my recipe for famous brinjal Pakistani pakoras. The picture of the Ingredients is shown above.
step1
- Cut all the things such as onions, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Brinjal, Green pepper, and all other things that need to be cut. Make the paste of garlic and ginger.
step2
- Put all the things in a clean pot. This step is shown in the below image.
step3
- Mix all the items in a good manner as shown in the below image.
This is the picture after mixing all the things. Then check out the taste of spices and salt. If needed add more. Now the mixture is ready we need to fry them.
step4
- Put some cooking oil in the pot and burn the stove to a small fire.
When the oil is completely heated and stops sounding then we start frying. If you fry them early it would not be good.
step5
- started frying
Fry the potatoes till they change their color. Their color will be reddish-brown.
The Brinjal is used in it which tastes very crispy. They are very delicious to eat and also very easy to prepare. You can serve it with Ketchup, Yogurt, or even you can use them in Kadhi (Another Pakistani Dish).
I have cooked anything very first time so please forgive me if any mistake ๐. I realized that it is a very interesting hobby. I will cook more things in the future
