Today I had a quiet day. A meeting and by the majority work in the standing position without a lot of movement. If the weather keeps then tonight I will still go a big round with the dog.

Heute hatte ich einen ruhigen Tag. Eine Sitzung und mehrheitlich Arbeit im Stehen ohne viel Bewegung. Wenn das Wetter sich hält dann werde ich heute Abend noch eine große Runde mit dem Hund gehen.
