Back with Chapter 1B of EMPTY CODE!

These four pages dive into the flashback sequence to reveal how Mickey ended up in that cell. I used a much lower color saturation for these panels to visually signal that we're stepping back into a past memory.


Detective John Michael thought taking down the Krin Group enforcer was the end of it. He released the damning footage, the news reported the arrest, and for a moment, he believed his family was finally safe.

He thought it was over. He was wrong.

When you're dealing with organized crime, every case handled can trigger a hidden trap—especially when an anonymous source is pulling the strings.
