A quick look behind the scenes at Page 5 of EMPTY CODE – "The Evidence".

This part of the script gave me so much trouble! It was originally supposed to be a two-panel layout showing the crime in full detail. (Sorry if it's a bit too bloody, Hivers—I just couldn't think of a better crime scene while scriptwriting! 😂)

I ended up deleting a ton of failed attempts before finally settling on this single main panel, embedding the laptop screen view right inside it (hand drew that part before importing and tracing). Drawing all this blood made me feel a bit crazy, but I'm placing the full blame on watching the movie Death Game right before sitting down to draw.
