I was just sitting here thinking to myself what makes people tick? What is life to people in general? What do we wake up for and do with our day? That's evolved over the years for sure. But we get up to interact and explore. Each and every generation more and more technologically advanced. The things we will see at the end of our days our grandparents never even fathomed to be a dream. But to be each and every person even the ones that for the most part like to be left alone are social beings. We love to interact. It doesn't matter where or how we just want to be social. For some its the bar, others it's just a quiet night with some friends over. And yet again for a lot of people its over the internet through social media, through Steemit, Facebook, and so on.
That to me is what I love about Steemit. It really does for the most part put the control back the the peoples hands in a social way. It lets the speak there mind unfiltered. This site governs itself through the upvotes and curation, as well as the earning yourself for each and every post no matter how big or small. Its not paying the boards of some public company making a few a ton of money. Once more the only way the site will ever die is if people stop using it, stop participating the the experiment that is Steemit. But as I have stated above in my opinion and I hope most would agree we are all social people. We all want to speak our minds even if it isn't in front of a bunch of people in person. There are a ton of individuals that spend most of there day at work or in there free time interacting online either through computer or their cell phones and each and every one is interacting socially through one means or another there are too many now to list. That tells you something in itself.
