Doing what your passionate about. I have been watching and reading some Gary Vaynerchuk and man all I can say is that guy just oozes passion about what hes doing. He does give a crap as long as your moving forward. "Just Do" is a big thing that hes about. And I can say that I have to agree 100%. All it takes is the first step. The leap of faith. Some are to afraid to take it and they will always remain the norm. And some people are ok with that, but there is no passion in being the norm. Passion is what drives people to want more, to succeed. Most people are too afraid to fail so they don't even try to succeed.
It takes a special person to wake up day in and day out putting in the time and the effort, the energy for getting little in return. But that's just it, they aren't doing it for any return. They are doing what they are passionate about and no more. The individual is doing what they love and would probably do it for free. If they did get paid they would look at it as a bonus and move on. Ask anyone if they love what they are doing, and some if not most would say "yea I love what I do" then ask them if they would do it for free. They almost instantly would tell you "No, of course not", then my friend you do not love would you do, you are not passionate about what you are doing.
You have to find that thing that excites you, that thing that drives you day in and day out. That is what you have to find a way to make your daily living. Over time you will get amazing results and you will find what you are looking for. Just produce, keep moving forward, get it out there, just be you, just be free.
