I'm still in an odd late schedule for now, which has its downsides, but it is nice to be able to enjoy the quiet of the calm night hours. I went for a cruise in the parking lot of the auto repair store adjacent to my complex because there is some rare smooth concrete over there. To save my ankles, knees, etc. I put the board down and then walked a back route where the road is being dug up and widened. I only saw two cars — a police cruiser making its rounds, and a solitary pickup truck.
I got in several hours of vocal writing today on a track called "Digital Soil." It's a pretty interesting experimental track at the moment that is pretty likely to make the cut on the TBD album/mixtape. More on that later...
