Hivecreators is a project not a person. You (valueplan) have fund the project to activities, hours of work design, whatever the project activity needs.
The project pays the design hours to the designers and whatelse they need to pay related to project activity. After that, if remain funds the best thing to do was return the funds not used, funds that was given to expenses. But let's say they retain the funds for future expenses, no problem.
Question is, why valueplan still transferring funds if they have funds that was not used?
