When we create content (I will assume that is the same for great part of people but consider that I'm talking mostly about me), regardless upvotes and monetize, we want that content to be seen by people
Content to be seen by people on Hive, the author have to have followers, there other ways to make the content visible bur this is the most organic way in my opinion
Saying this, i guess you alredy found that I make content to be seen and if I post it on Hive I like that content be seen on Hive
