Hello needle workers, I trust you had a great day. It’s my first time posting here and I hope this gets to a lot of people.

I learnt crochet last year on YouTube and it’s been a very fun ride from one pattern to the other and it had been amazing so far. Crocheting is my hobby turned small business and I’ve learnt a lot in the past year.

I got an order from a client last week for a crochet beach bra, first thing that came to my mind was “well it had been a long time since I made that I hope I still remember the pattern” obviously I didn’t tell her that (hahahahaha).

The list of what I used to make it would be at the last part of this post. Anyways I started making this order I left out the part where it’s a white bra top. I was washing my hand almost every minute so I won’t stain the yarn. I struggled a bit with the pattern but no I didn’t frog my entire project ( I would cry if I had to do that) I just frogged the part that was affected and I went on to finish the rest of the first bra cup.

One part that got me was having the accurate measurement for it the width, length and where the point was positioned lucky for me the client came around to pick up her other out fit and I used to time to ask her to test out the bra cup.

Surprisingly it was a perfect fit (yes I took measurements before I started making the fits but I always have doubts till I see it on the client).

I went on to the second cup which was smoother than the first (I wrote down the pattern I used for the first cup).

i finished in a few hours and went on to attaching the cups and straps so I’ll fully become a bra.

This part wasn’t that easy because I had to mirror whatever I did so it would not look funny, in the end it came out better than I expected and I am still so happy about the outcome.

Lastly I had to hide the yarns that were poking out of the bra to give it a smooth look. This took a very long time because I had to be very careful (I used a smaller hook to do this). I finished the bra in a day and here is the result.
