Do you guys eat Tahong or Mussle? It's a famous dish here in Philippines, where you will just boil and add seasonings to the Mussle then boom it's good to go! There is no really specific name for the way it's cook, we just call it Tahong. This is what Mussle looks like when you open it.
The whole thing inside is edible and very very yummy. Mussle is a seafood and best to pair with fishes like Dalagang Bukid.
