listening
to the rumble
of an engine
through a different
stethoscope
A screwdriver
to the ear
telling secrets
in a language
only he can
comprehend
Hard-working
long hours
blue collar
blue coveralls
soaked with
empathy
A large shadow
is cast
by example
few words are
spoken
or required
he speaks with his
hands
This invisible
brilliant
giant
a renaissance man
only his family
can see
