Until the last moment
we are in love
unaffected by others
consumed by each other

Within our cocoon
we weave a life for one
we cease to be individual
all our wants
needs
fulfilled because
we have each other
No longer do we question
the power of love
no more shall we wonder
about life
together it is ours to live
experience

Happiness must have its limit
we have reached that plateau
content to stay there
