I live alone. I am spoiled because I have few interruptions. Occasionally, my postman rings my bell, but the most annoying disturbance in my life is the telephone. a1drjohnthumb.JPG

There are only a few people that deserve my immediate attention. Others can wait.

So far, I have not set my default ringtone to ‘silent’. Today may be the day I turn everyone off.

I have been trying to work on video creation and editing. It seems I am being continually distracted by phone.

Since paper mail has increased in cost, all sorts of commerce has begun switching to telemarketing. I can refuse their call. But I don’t wish to be distracted for a few seconds to see the caller I.D.

Yesterday at the gym, there was a man who was on his phone the entire time he was on a treadmill. My life is too short.

My phone just rang again. My decision is made.

Here is today’s beauty.
