Today I must visit my primary care physician. I have good news and bad news for him. Which should I write about first? a1drjohnthumb.JPG

The GOOD news:
I feel great. Every day I am improving. I have hope for my future.

The BAD news:
For the past 8 weeks... I have been avoiding 3 of my medications.

The really bad news is I don’t know what the reason is for my improvements. There are other changes in my situation other than stopping some of my meds.

The first big change is the death of my mother. She had become a heavy burden on my life. Her demanding negativity brought me to an attitude of apathy. I didn’t care... because she focused my attention on death and dying.

Another change is clarity of thought regarding food addiction. In the past few weeks, I have become free to see that my apathetic point of view pushed me to an unhealthy diet. This unhealthy diet has put me on a downward spiral.

There are lessons to be learned:

  1. Do not underestimate the danger of negative associations.
  2. Don’t tolerate apathy.

Here is today’s beauty.
