Hello fellow Steemians, I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Sukrit Varma, I'm a 23 year old Medical student who just so happens to be into healthy living, and fitness.
I currently call Bangalore home for 10 months a year, and Sydney for 2.
My journey started around 10 years ago, at the tender age of 13. My father, being an ultra-marathon runner, got me into a disciplined lifestyle early on. I ran my first quarter marathon at the age of 14, but soon gave up running as it wasn't something that i was passionate about. I continued playing sports through high school, including; Cricket, Golf, and Rugby. At the age of 15, my father introduced me to weight training, and the gym. The rest is history!

My other hobbies include: Gaming (PC), reading, sketching, and cooking.
I was academically not focused whatsoever, and hence had to take a very lengthy route to my dream career choice. I eventually got into med-school and have been loving it!

Anyway, lets keep this short and to the point. I hope to help anyone who is looking to change their life for the better and incorporate healthy lifestyle choices. I also hope to make mutually beneficial connections, and friends through Steemit. I understand many of you have very stressful lives, but i want to you to know that if i can do it, so can you!
(I've lost a lot of muscle mass due to exams)
