This year I've been trying to master things I'm passionate about.
There's that saying about how you learn one new thing a day, so I decided to start documenting what I learned each day to see if this is really true. If I don't learn something new that day, I'm going to force myself to do so, especially in the areas that I want to get good at. I've decided to post my learnings on Steemit so I can hold myself accountable :).
Most of the learnings are around stocks and real estate investment. Here my new learnings for each day!

Day trading:
- Support = historical lows of stock that people tend to buy at, where it will most likely go up.
- Resistance = historical highs of stock that people tend to buy at, where it will most likely go down.
- Paper trading is a simulated stock market
- Use Ameritrade thinkorswim for analysis
- Aim for a 5:1 ratio for gains to losses. Basically if you know the resistance is 5% higher, then put a limit at 1% below what you bought at.

For buying a nice camera for shooting music videos: you could get a "speedbooster" to adjust a cheap lens and make it wider + higher quality.

Credit unions are non-profit while banks are for-profit, so this means lower interest rates for home mortgage
That's all this time!
