Assalamu Alaikum, friends! How is everyone? I hope that, by the infinite mercy of Allah, you are all doing well and are in good health. I wish for you to always remain well and healthy. By the grace of Allah and your prayers, I am also doing well, as is everyone in my family. For this, I offer countless thanks to Allah—Alhamdulillah.

Friends, today I have brought a new recipe for you. In this recipe, I will demonstrate how to cook a large-sized rooster; I will walk you through the entire process in detail. Please watch the video patiently and enjoy it. If you try this method at home, you will certainly be able to prepare and enjoy this dish yourself. I hope this wonderful recipe brings you joy, and—God willing—I will help you recreate it in your own home.

For this recipe, I purchased these roosters from a relative. I bought three of them for 3,300 taka; while that might seem like a high price, you wouldn't think so once you saw their size—they weighed nearly 7 kilograms in total! So, I certainly don't feel like I was cheated or taken advantage of in this purchase; in fact, I feel quite satisfied with them. Regardless, these roosters were incredibly delicious—truly a treat to eat—and we all enjoyed the meal with such immense satisfaction that it’s hard to even describe.

Anyway, this recipe is for you. First, we cut the chicken into small pieces and washed them thoroughly with clean water. Then, I moved on to the cooking process. I started by placing a large pot on the stove and adding oil, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, and various other spices. I stirred these together briefly, and after a few minutes, I added a small amount of water. Once that was stirred in, I added the chicken pieces. Using a sturdy wooden spoon, I mixed everything well to ensure the spices penetrated the meat, making it truly delicious.

Now, I will increase the heat and continue stirring the meat for about twenty minutes. I will sauté it thoroughly—a process known as 'koshano'—to ensure the meat cooks perfectly and becomes flavorful, allowing the spices to penetrate deep into every piece. After stirring for a while, once an appetizing aroma arises and steam begins to rise—signaling that the sautéing phase is complete—I will add the required amount of water. Finally, I will cover the pot with a lid and let it cook for another 20 minutes, or until it is fully prepared.

In the meantime, we should occasionally remove the lid to check on its progress—ensuring the color is right, the salt level is correct, and the spice level is balanced (or deciding if more chili needs to be added). Once we are satisfied that it is perfectly cooked, we can take it off the stove and serve it while it’s still piping hot. It is absolutely delicious—especially when paired with hot, steamed rice—and truly more flavorful than you could possibly imagine! I personally bought this chicken, oversaw the cooking process, and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. It is an incredibly tasty dish; I’ve had it before, and the experience stayed with me—I knew that whenever I found it again, I would definitely buy it!

Anyway, friends, my whole family sat down to eat this together; everyone enjoyed it thoroughly and felt truly delighted. I even earned some praise from everyone, as this kind of chicken is not something you come across every day. I suppose I was just lucky to have found these chickens and managed to purchase them from that household. So, friends, how did you like today’s video? Do let me know your thoughts!

Do let me know if you enjoy eating chicken! I look forward to bringing you more new videos in the future. For now, I’ll take my leave—wishing you all well and good health. Goodbye for today; may you stay safe and healthy. Allah Hafiz!

Thank you all very much for watching this video of mine with such attention.
