¡Feliz noche! ¡Les deseo a los amigos de esta hermosa comunidad TopFiveFamily.

Esta semana el tema para el concurso, es UN MURAL, quienes lo realizan demuestran su capacidad y destreza para realizar estas actividades con sus habilidades que demuestran su talento por medio de la pintura "arte urbano" un trabajo creativo que podemos ver en los diferentes estados, municipios y rincones de las paredes de mi país Venezuela.

Calidad, originalidad, una expresión artística como estas pinturas, este mural que nos muestran esta semana en el concurso, puedo observar de manera significativa y un modo de reflexionar referente al tema de amamantar a los bebés, no importa si las madres somos blancas o negras, somos mujeres que nos dieron el don de amamantar por tal motivo debemos hacerlo especialmente los primeros seis meses de vida de nuestros hijos, la lactancia materna favorece el crecimiento del bebé.

La leche materna, el mejor alimento que contiene más de 300 nutrientes que el niño necesita para crecer y desarrollarse, proporciona también beneficios a la madre, familia y sociedad, favoreciendo el desarrollo emocional e intelectual, previniendo problemas de salud mental a futuro. Incentivar, apoyar y expresar a las embarazadas que le den teta a sus bebés es la mejor opción para una mejor salud de los infantes y un mundo lleno de personas saludables desde los primeros días de inicio de la vida.

This week the theme for the contest is UN MURAL, those who perform it demonstrate their ability and skill to perform these activities with their skills that show their talent through painting "urban art" a creative work that we can see in the different states, municipalities and corners of the walls of my country Venezuela.

Quality, originality, an artistic expression such as these paintings, this mural shown to us this week in the contest, I can observe in a meaningful way and a way to reflect on the issue of breastfeeding babies, no matter if we mothers are white or black, we are women who were given the gift of breastfeeding for that reason we must do it especially the first six months of life of our children, breastfeeding promotes the growth of the baby.

Breast milk, the best food that contains more than 300 nutrients that the child needs to grow and develop, also provides benefits to the mother, family and society, favoring emotional and intellectual development, preventing mental health problems in the future. Encouraging, supporting and expressing pregnant women to breastfeed their babies is the best option for a better health of infants and a world full of healthy people from the first days of life.
