On this occasion, I want to share with you a delicious drink: peanut cookie meringue. The cookies are composed of roasted peanuts, peanut butter and soy lecithin, in addition to the milk that we will add to give it even more flavor and creaminess and turn it into meringue. Despite its sweet taste, all these ingredients provide nutrients beneficial to health. This meringue is a nutrient-packed option, offering a combination of proteins, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and essential energy that are fundamental to our well-being. En esta ocasión, quiero compartir con ustedes una bebida deliciosa: merengada de galletas de maní. Las galletas están compuestas de maní tostado, crema de maní y lecitina de soya, además de la leche que añadiremos para darle aún más sabor y cremosidad y convertirla en merengada. A pesar de su sabor dulce, todos estos ingredientes aportan nutrientes beneficiosos para la salud. Esta merengada es una opción cargada de nutrientes, ofreciendo una combinación de proteínas, grasas saludables, vitaminas, minerales y energía esenciales que son fundamentales para nuestro bienestar. ¡Espero que la disfruten tanto como yo!
Without further ado, here are the ingredients and the step-by-step instructions:
-8 peanut butter-filled crackers
-2 glasses of cold water
-4 tablespoons powdered milk
-3 tablespoons of sugar
-Ice to taste (optional)
-8 galletas dulces rellenas con crema de maní
-2 vasos de agua fría
-4 cucharadas de leche en polvo
-3 cucharadas de azúcar
-Hielo al gusto (opcional)

To start the meringue, pour water into the blender and add the powdered milk to prepare the liquid milk. Set aside.
Then, we open the package of cookies and select the one we will use, add it to the blender cup together with the milk. Blend at high speed until both ingredients are completely combined.
Turn off the blender and taste the mixture to adjust its sweetness. If necessary, add sugar and blend again.
Add the ice to give the meringue a thinner consistency and to keep it cold.
Serve and decorate our meringue. We crushed four cookies and spread them on top.
If we wish, we add more ice; otherwise, we enjoy our meringue just like this.
