This drink with this plant, basil, is very beneficial for our health, it has antibacterial, depurative and anti-inflammatory properties. It is an effective solution to avoid colds and flu.

As for lemon, it has great health benefits, is a powerful antibiotic and helps to increase defences due to its high vitamin C content.

I am trying to ingest these drinks that help us to counteract illnesses such as colds, taking advantage of these natural preparations.

Esta bebida con esta planta, la albahaca, es muy beneficiosa para nuestra salud, posee propiedades antibacterianas, depurativas y antiinflamatorias. Siendo una solución efectiva para evitar la gripe y resfriado.

En cuanto al limón, posee grandes beneficios para la salud, potente antibiótico y ayuda a incrementar las defensas debido a su alto contenido de vitamina C.

Estoy tratando de ingerir estas bebidas que nos ayuden a contrarrestar enfermedades como refriados, aprovechando estas preparaciones naturales.
