Pokemon 30th Anniversary Full Set Cards Reveal For Japan & English Cards
Hi everyone.
Pokebeach has revealed all the cards for Japan for the upcoming 30th anniversary special set. This special set releases worldwide at the same time on Wednesday September 16, 2026.
Special Set Information
In the 30th Celebration special set, there are 103 main set cards including 30 Pikachu cards, 32 secret rare cards, 30 Classic Collection cards and 8 Basic Energy cards.
Booster Box Pull Rates
Each booster box has 20 packs. The box has 20 Pikachu cards, 2 Classic Collection cards, 4 Illustration rare cards, 1 Special Illustration rare card and 1 Futuristic Rare card (Mew ex or Mewtwo ex).
New Basic Energy Cards
There are some TCG players who kind of care about how their Basic Energy cards look. Here are the new futuristic looking Energy cards.
Some Classic Cards Reprinted
Anniversary sets have reprinted cards from previous sets. The reprinted cards can be iconic art cards from the past or highly playable cards from past sets. I feature some here.
Some Pikachu Cards
Pikachu is the mascot Pokemon for the franchise. This Pokemon has a lot of different card variations. Since there are so many, I feature some here.
Some Illustration Rare Cards

On September 16, the Pokemon Center store will release TCG Acessories. There are people who go crazy for these accessory products. You have deck boxes, playmats, card sleeves and bags.

Elite Trainer Box (ETB)
The Elite Trainer Box (ETB) retails for 49.99 USD. Real prices will be higher due to scalpers and crazy demand. This box contains 9 30th celebration booster packs, 1 illustration rare copy of a Nidorina promo card, 16 holofoil Energy cards and accessories.
Notes
Special sets typically don't have booster box products. This particular anniversary set do have booster box products available. Good luck finding product as there is still a scalper problem in this TCG.
For this set, I may get a few cards here and there. If I am lucky and the price is good, maybe I purchase an Elite Trainer Box.
