The ruleset for this week's challenge
- Lost Magic - Monsters with Magic attack may not be used in battles
The ruleset that I managed to get
- Rulesets - Born Again & Lost Magic
- Mana Cap - 13
- Active Elements - Water, Earth, Life, Death
Here's my starting lineup
Summoner: Mylor Crowling
- As Lost Magic was active using summoner who grants thorns to all of my monsters was quite an easy choice
- Using Mylor Crowling as my summoner it basically eliminated all scenarios I could lose to full melee lineup
Tank: Flesh Golem
- In my opinion and personal preference Flesh Golem is one of the best, if not the best tank in low mana cap battles
- In this battle 6 mana for tank might feel like a lot but you get a lot for it
- 2 Melee - Quite enough for low mana tank's a enemy might play
- 10 HP + Heal - Again for low mana battle 10hp + Heal is quite impossible to beat
1st Position: Furious Chicken
- Not much else to say than 0 mana might tank you the hit you need to win
2nd Position: Creeping Ooze
- Creeping Ooze one of my favorite card in the entire game
- For 1 mana you get monster who can tank one hit and also while he/she is still alive grants Slow to all enemy monsters
- Slow - Reduces the Speed of all enemy Monsters
3rd Position: Uraeus
- Definitely one of the best cards for cheap stats
- For only 3 mana you get 2 melee, 2 speed, 1 armor + 2 hp (which make's him 2 hit backline)
Here's how the battle went
1st Round
- After 1st Round my Uraeus had lost it's Born Again ability but I was still hopeful, cause I had Thorns on all of my monsters and he/she was playing full melee team
2nd Round
- After 2nd Round my Uraeus had died but my Flesh Golem was still full hp after self heal in the start of 3rd Round
- Also his/hers Uraeus and Stitch Leech lost there Born Again ability so I felt confident in my change to win
3rd Round
- In the end of 3rd Round whole board looked really empty but I still had my Flesh Golem alive
- Now I was 100% sure I am taking this win home
4th & 5th Round
- Last two round were just a simple cleanup and I had won the battle
Summary
- I felt really good about this battle, everything just fell into place
- Also I feel like Mylor Crowling is one of the best summoners right now, not only in this scenario but even without Lost Magic or with higher mana cap than I had in this battle
Thanks for reading and thanks for all the upvotes, reblogs, comments and follows. And till the next challenge, KEEP BATTLING!
