Aim True - Melee and Ranged attacks will always hit their target
The ruleset that I managed to get
Rulesets - Even Stevens & Aim True
Mana Cap - 49
Active Elements -
Here's my starting lineup
Summoner: Contessa L'ament
With this weeks challenge the specific summoner type doesn't really matter
So I decided to go with -1 range damage as my enemy might play ranged team because Aim True was active
1st Position: Harklaw
Harklaw was my main tank for this battle
Main reason I like Harklaw here a lot is hes Shield ability
Shield - Reduced damage from melee and ranged attacks
Immunity - This unit is immune to negative status effects
2nd Position: Phantom Soldier
Just a simple tanky magic damage monsters
Sadly in this battle his Flying ability is totally useless
Flying - This unit has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks from units who do not have the flying ability
3rd Position: Usut
One of my favorite soulbound monsters right now
Even tho he costs a bit much you also get a lot of stats and abilities
Flying - This unit has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks from units who do not have the flying ability
Bloodlust - This monster revels in the glory of combat and becomes more dangerous as the battle goes on. Every time it defeats an opponent, it gets +1 to all stats
4th Position: Boogeyman
I mostly picked Boogeyman for his Slow ability
Slow - Reduces the speed of all enemy units
5th Position: Grim Reaper
I picked Grim Reaper for two reasons
First because of hes high damage (3 ranged damage)
And the second reason was hes Affliction ability
Affliction - When a unit with Affliction hits a target, it has a chance of applying Affliction on the target causing it to be unable to be healed
6th Position: Octopider
Octopider was my backline tank for this battle
Also hes has some quite amazing stats being 3 ranged damage, 3 speed and 8 hp
Alongside the amazing stats is hes Demoralize ability which combined with Harklaw Shield may end in a situation where my Harklaw just simply can't take damage
Demoralize - Reduces the Melee attack of all enemy units by 1
Starting board
The starting board didn't really say anything other than he seemed to have a bit better strategy than me but the battle could still go either way
The only way to find out was to start the battle
Here's how the battle went
1st Round
After 1st Round my theory was correct his comp was better and I was getting totally smashed
There was still a small hope in me but he just had a lot more damage than me
2nd Round
The 2nd Round was total disaster as well
Even tho I was starting to chip down my enemies frontline mine was falling much faster
I also say that in the start of the next round my last hope Usut was about to fall
3rd Round
And also the 3rd Round wasn't better
I lost my last magic damage monsters and now it was 100% over
4th Round
It took my enemy 3 turns to kill my last standing monster
After my Octopider had fallen my enemy took the victory
