From the taxi driver we heard that Leshan's most well known food is the Sweet Skin Roast Goose. So we walked near the hotel and found one and decided to try it
Also this fish. Not sure what the name was. But it was delicious

I prefer the fish over the goose as i like salty one and this goose is sweet. But still tasty and crispy. Different style from Chengdu and not too spicy
