Going to the workplace is Essential for good Work.

I hope you all are well, I am also well. So, as we are seeing today that everything is becoming digital and is becoming easier for humans, is it possible in the future that all people can do any physical work sitting at home or work in an industry or in a bank? Can all the work be controlled sitting at home the way it was done during Corona? What I want to say here is that Corona was there for some time and even then, if people used to go to work five days a week, they would work sitting at home for four days and would definitely go to the office one day.

If I share my personal opinion here, I would say that as much as you want, things can be digitalized, but if a person is running an industry and tells all his workers to work from home, then this will not be possible and things will not be completed. Now, as we have seen, if there is a factory and different types of things are being made inside it, just like there is an industry where ghee is being made and there are some industries where copy books are being made,

Then as much digital things can be installed there as long as there are no humans present, then this work can never be done perfectly. Every day, the machine will make some mistake, which will cause more problems. Therefore, it is better that all of us also have to go out of the house to relax our minds.

Whenever we go to the office, we completely forget about some things at home. So after going there, we get busy with office work. This is a great system. All these things give happiness for a while, but when things start to deteriorate, the owner's work will start to deteriorate, the production of the thing that was the factory will start to decrease, so he will never be able to pay people in this way again and he will never be able to make them work in the same way,

So then the only solution he has is to close down the factory. Now, just like there is a mobile shop here, there is a shop for something else, we can computerize everything. We can open and close the shop from home. Customers will come and like the thing, but cameras will be installed everywhere.

That is why I say that at any time, not everything will be able to be controlled remotely in this way. Man has the most important role in life, that is why he has been given a brain. Because all these digital things are created by the brain of a human being.
