Mi niña Interior es parte de mi vida como Adulto | My Inner Child is part of my life as an adult.
He mantenido intacto a mi niño interior.

Hello dear friends of Hive, I greet you with all my love and wish you always the best. I join the initiative proposed by our dear friend @miriannalis , which allows us to evaluate how much we expose our inner child to life as adults.
Today I feel we must keep our inner child because it is the one who connects us with joy, imagination and spontaneity. It is that part of us that allows us to enjoy life without worries and helps us to maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges. By learning to listen to and nurture our inner child, we can keep our innocence and creativity alive, which is essential for our emotional and mental well-being.
It turns out that being able to connect with children is a very easy task for me, if I go out in the street even if they don't know me they say hello or smile at me, I hope I don't have a funny face! But in reality I feel that I have a very powerful connection with the children, I like to listen to their opinions, to play with them. Children turn out to be great friends. On several occasions I have been given the opportunity to give classes and . On several occasions I have been presented with the opportunity to provide classes and homework for children, I can maintain respect, order but also fun in the same environment. So my favorite people are children, they are the most honest people and they always keep a very valuable place in my heart.
So my inner child is there, present hand in hand with my adult life.
When I had to face great adversity: the loss of my job and a very difficult financial situation. Suddenly, I found myself plunged into despair and sadness, without seeing a way out of my situation.
My inner child, however, seemed unaffected by all my worries. Every day, I felt an irresistible urge to go out and walk in the nearby park. Despite my doubts and lack of time, I would always find a moment to indulge my inner child and head out for a walk.
On one such walk, while walking in the warm afternoon sun, my inner child noticed a small group of children playing in the park. I was struck by the infectious laughter and joy they exuded. My inner child was drawn to them and I moved just a little closer. While this was enough for them to come closer, one of the children had already taken homework assignments so he came out to me and hugged me.
At that moment he asked me to tell a story to his other friends, nothing really came to my mind at that moment. So I decided to employ a strategy so that we could all create the story together. And so it was that we all told stories in the same sequence according to each one's turn. During that moment, all my stress and worries disappeared. My inner child felt completely revived, and with it, so did my hope.
At that moment, I realized that my inner child was carrying forward an important lesson: to maintain hope, even in the darkest of times. It taught me that hope is not something that is acquired with age, but something that is always available if we are willing to embrace it.
Hope does not lie in external circumstances or magical solutions. Hope lies in ourselves, in the ability to keep alive our capacity for wonder and faith in the future. Through connecting with our inner child, we can maintain hope even in the most difficult of times.
As I continued to play with the children, my inner child reminded me of the importance of maintaining joy and spontaneity in my daily life. It reminded me that life is not only about surviving, but also about enjoying, creating and honoring our truest essence.
I have kept my inner child intact. I allow myself to play, be silly and enjoy the little things that life brings me. In doing so, I have found that keeping my inner child not only brings me happiness, but also gives me strength and perseverance to overcome any adversity that comes my way.
Our inner child is a treasure that we must cherish and nurture. To keep it alive is to keep our spirit and our capacity for hope alive. We must never forget the importance of staying connected to that part of ourselves and we must always allow ourselves to be children at heart.
