Hi, friends. I’m happy to be back here in this wonderful space. I recently made a jumpsuit for my mom; we chose a soft, light shade—pastel blue. I made this jumpsuit for my brother’s graduation, so it has a formal design but is also very fresh and elegant.
The fabric I used was Beverly. I used 2 meters of fabric because the leg openings were quite wide—I wanted to make it with a wide-leg style!
Here you can see each of the pieces involved in making the jumpsuit.
Step by step, I sewed the pieces of the blouse section together to form the blouse—or the top part of our jumpsuit.
Then I sewed in the zipper and joined the front and back pieces.
Next, we joined the pieces for the pant section, made the pockets, and attached the top to the pant section.
This is the design.
I also used a chain with small metallic flower designs and glued them to the chain section to create the jumpsuit’s necklace.
Best regards, and thank you so much for your support!
