In our daily life we need mentors who can guide, coach, inspire or motivate us to the success. A mentor could be a role model of a person. This is applicable from personal life to corporate culture.
What is mentor and mentee?

Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. The mentor may be older or younger than the person being mentored, but he or she must have a certain area of expertise.It is a learning and development partnership between someone with vast experience and someone who wants to learn. Mentorship experience and relationship structure affect the "amount of psychosocial support, career guidance, role modeling, and communication that occurs in the mentoring relationships in which the protégés and mentors engaged. In every part of life someone need a mentor. If you see the success of an individual or as a group, will find a mentor involved directly or indirectly.
If you are a student, a teacher could be the mentor. But the important point is the mentor should be more knowledgeable and visionary than the mentee. Then only the mentee could extract knowledge from the mentor.
If you are a politician, you also require a mentor. One can follow the ideology of his seniors who are already successful in this sector. It is not necessary that the mentor will be visible in front of you always. A good book could be a mentor if one can extract the knowledge from it.
A father could be a good mentor of his child. I should say the best mentor in the world. Only parents can guide his child the best possible way than others.
If you are a businessman, select the mentor very carefully who can guide you and show the correct path of success. If you choose the wrong person, can incur losses in the business.
