The weekend is here! A tiring weekend, as I decided to wash the carpets and clean up the house a little bit. I also made an omelet, with fresh mushrooms, Cretan smoked cheese and various spices. The result was very delicious as you can see in the photo! I also toasted some bread and seasoned it with some Olive Oil and Oregano.
