Q.itchen Factory is Perfect destination for relaxing dinner with your Friends & family at the weekend. Outside the building is quite but the kitchen is not. They have a modern open kitchen that attracted me at the first sign.
This restaurant is absolutely breathtaking!
It‘s only fault is being so hidden away, it definitely needs more recognition.
The atmosphere is casual and it has a lounge feel to it, great for relaxing. It is reminiscent of a modern parisian restaurant.
The staff is very friendly and kind, and they feature an open kitchen, where you can see the chefs at work.
The pacing was great! With most restaurants the greatest fault is pacing, but they were very quick and you don‘t have to wait for too long.
The dishes are delicious. They feature inspirations from all around the world, but they make sure to put their individual twist on it. A month has passed and I still crave for their salad, although I myself usually avoid salads at restaurants. It is just beautifully balanced.
It‘s location is in an actual factory, I got lost the first time looking for it but luckily someone helped us find it. It was worth it and I‘m definitely coming back !
Not sure if these menu items are still available but at the time of dining, my friend and I really rated the kimchi banh xeo (reminded us so much of pajeon that we loved so much in Korea).
The chicken salad is really nice, with some textures that you don't see in your typical Viet salad.
The baby squid with the soft poached egg is rich but SO yum. Plus - SUCH yolk porn.
Our dessert was another hit, a milk coffee flavoured pannacotta (?) that the team absolutely nailed.
Can't wait to take others here! All round great dining experience, D7's best-kept secret.
