As I was about to finish the first bottle of Hennessy Very Special (VS) Cognac, the memorable moment of its purchase played back to me..
A few days back, I took my youngest son (he's 6yo) to a membership shopping store.. I bought a couple of bottles of Hennessy VS Cognac which was on sale.
When we went back home, my wife was a bit intrigued by his going with me to shop. She asked our son what he bought. He said, with beaming eyes, "Iced tea!". I was laughing my heart out.
Innocence really has it humors. Cognac to him appears like iced tea, and indeed it looks like so.
I wonder if he calls it by the same name when he grows up.. Or will he share the bottle with me by that time.
A bit of trivia: Apparently, one out of every two bottles of Cognac sold is a Hennessy!
