Today, Sunday, I decided to break away from my usual stay-at-home routine and decided to go out and exercise. At about 4:30 in the afternoon, I felt that need to move and do something active, so after mulling it over for a bit, I got ready and headed to the park.
Instead of going to the Polideportivo, where I usually work out, I opted to visit the park at Detachment 412, a place I hadn't visited in a while. This place has a special meaning for me, as it was where I started practicing calisthenics, so it brings back a lot of memories and nostalgia. It was great to get out and enjoy a good time exercising outdoors.
I send my best regards and many blessings to all of you, see you next time!
