It has been raining here from the last two weeks along with heavy wind. Yesterday the rain was very heavy. Although it reduced burdon from hot but it affected crops and cultivation. It probably affected mango cultivation, and almost 70% mangoes fall down during this period. It leads to shedding tears in the eyes of the farmers who had a great expectation in this season.
There is a mango garden near my home. I used to buy fresh mangoes from there. I could make a good friendship with the owner of the garden by being his regular customer. He game me lot of unripe mangoes . While giving he told us we don’t make anything with this tender mangoes your wife may like to eat during this pregnancy time.
I planned to make different pickles using these mangoes. It took one hour to cut all mangoes. First I put all the mangoes in salt solution and kept for 6 hours . Then made pickle and kept in different bottles.
