Today, I thought of making some snacks in the evening. When I called my mother, she told me that they had made banana snacks in morning. My urged her interest to have the same in evening. I promised her that you will get it today. I used all propose flour to make the snacks. But there was a problem, here we don't get the same banana which we use to make ``pazhampori' ( banana snack) . I could get only small bananas and batter which I made was loose. Means I added more water. Some how I managed to give a shape to it.
My wife said that ' this kind of snacks I eat for the first time. If you don't know you could have told me. I was knowing that you will spoil it. You only eat this. It is not smooth enough..... Etc....
All these bad comments made me to quite my cooking experiments. Yes, I am taking a short break....
