Made these last night at home.
This was actually my first time trying to make omelettes myself and they actually came out very nice.
The one had a filling of ham, fried red pepper & onions with loads of cheese.
The other one had a filling of minced meat and fried onions with a sweet & sour stir fry sauce also with a little bit of cheese.
I am no professional chef or anything, but love food and trying out new recipes from time to time.
These are were not for the health conscious people : - )
