Colleagues, my drawing for today is inspired by the R648 MM Ribbon card. This card represents a microphone from the game. It's a microphone with a somewhat classic, or almost retro, design. It has a strong brown color that makes it very elegant, in my opinion. Well, today I'm going to show you from beginning to end how I made it.
So let's get down to business. I started by creating a canvas in the IbisPaint app on Windows. By the way, this app is also available for Android if you'd like to share your drawings with the community. After creating the canvas, I drew two squares that form the inner frame of the card, the one that contains the microphone.
The next step was to start drawing the microphone. To make the straight lines and avoid imperfections, I used the straight line tool. Then, with the pencil tool, I drew the curved parts. I started by drawing what would be the microphone handle and then moved on to drawing the top part.
In the details section, I finished the microphone and part of its cable connection area, the one with the stepped design. I drew it exactly as it is in the original card because I wanted it to look similar. I also drew the remaining internal divisions.
The next step, friends, is painting. I'll show you the whole process in the following screenshots. As you can see, I started drawing from the outside in. This includes the outer background, then the frame, the inner background, and finally the microphone. I used a color palette very similar to the original card so it would look like it. On top of the microphone's dark brown color, I drew what would be the reflection in a light brown.
Colleagues, and to finish up, here's the completed drawing. That's all for today. See you in the next drawing, blessings to all, and good health.
