Today I will share another new photography with everyone in this community.

Tonight's evening special menu was home style delicious potato dum and puffy pulko luchi! It was accompanied by cold sorbet made with house curd, which was a perfect relief on a hot summer day.
Aalu dum is cooked in the perfect masala—crisp fried small potatoes, ground spices and a mild sour-sweet flavor make it all the more enticing.
Luchis are blooming so beautifully that I want to eat them just by looking at them. Golden color on top and soft and fluffy inside, one bite fills the heart with taste.
On the side was a special stir-fry, which brought a different and interesting texture to the dish. And yogurt syrup? Just the right amount of sweetness and the coolness of the yogurt makes it the perfect refreshing drink.
This menu not only fills the stomach, but also fills the mind. Absolutely taste of home, but feel like a special day!
